If your bad breath is as a result of garlic, then don’t do anything drastic. Just relax and allow it to fade off. When it fades off, after some hours or days (depending on individuals), the results of the bad breath will fade off as well. But next time, only take garlic if you don’t intend to go out and talk to people. Even if you don’t have any bad breath problem, it’s best to visit your dentist occasionally. It’s suggested that a visit to your dentist once in three or six months is not out of place. Didn’t the experts say “prevention is better than cure?” I agree with them completely. I know you love coffee. Who doesn’t? But if you drink a lot of coffee and have tried to trace the source of your bad breath to no avail, then the good old coffee just might be the culprit. That’s true because coffee also caused bad breath for a lot of people. If that’s the case with you, then it’s time to completely stop taking coffee or reduce the intake drastically. Have you just being told you have a respiratory tract infection? If yes, this can be the reason behind your bad breath. In such a case, unless you completely treat the respiratory tract infection, your bad breath will continue. A good bad breath cure therefore is to do nothing drastic but wait until you are completely treated and healed from the respiratory tract infection. Don’t stay away from your friends, colleagues and/or loved ones if you notice they have bad breath. Instead, try to help them by suggesting bad breath cures they can use in getting rid of the problem. Remember that bad breath isn’t contagious so you can’t be infected with it just by helping other people who have bad breath.
